Ideally situated near the Utah–Arizona border, Sego is located in the city of Kanab, a world-famous basecamp for adventure seekers and nature lovers just three hours from Las Vegas.
Kanab is surrounded by some of the Southwest’s most iconic destinations, including Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon’s North Rim, Zion National Park, and Lake Powell. Other nearby attractions include Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, the privately owned Moqui Cave, and Best Friends Animal Society, the largest no-kill animal sanctuary in the United States.

Chef Shon Foster supports Red Acre Center’s mission through the Gather dinner series, featuring farm-to-table dinners and unique menus at farms across Utah. The series took place in 2025 and returned in 2026.
